agiles GmbH was undergoing a brand refresh and needed two things simultaneously: a library of fresh visual assets that reflected the updated brand identity, and authentic customer and partner reference content that would build credibility in the market for their agilesFood and agilesWorkflow product lines. Neither existed in a form fit for purpose.

Identifying and Procuring the Production Partner
I identified and procured STARS EVENTS as the production agency for the project. STARS EVENTS brought over 20 years of corporate event and brand experience, with a client roster including Microsoft, Salesforce, Canon, Sony, Montblanc and Hennessy, giving the production a level of professional execution that agiles' internal resources couldn't have achieved independently.
Gathering requirements from senior leadership, I managed the full procurement process, defining the brief, scoping requirements across both the photoshoot and video productions, and establishing quality standards and delivery timelines before contracting began.
Customer and Partner Reference Videos
I coordinated three reference video productions targeting distinct audiences and product lines:
> agilesFood Customer Reference: We identified Global Fruit Point as the customer subject, managing his participation from initial approach through to final delivery. I developed the interview framework and key messages, ensuring the final video communicated agilesFood's value proposition credibly through an authentic customer voice.
> agilesWorkflow Partner Reference: Kumavision, a longstanding partner and agilesWorkflow user, as the subject for a German-language partner reference.
For both productions I managed all stakeholder coordination between the subjects, the internal team and the production agency, maintaining schedule performance and quality standards across parallel shoots.
Photoshoot Production
Alongside the video program I managed a brand photography shoot as part of the broader brand refresh, overseeing brief development, subject coordination, location management and post-production review to deliver a refreshed visual asset library aligned to the new brand identity.
What the Program Delivered
Three published customer and partner reference videos in English and German, deployed as part of agiles' go-to-market content and sales enablement materials. A refreshed brand photography library supporting the updated brand identity across digital and print channels. A repeatable production framework covering agency management, bilingual content development and multi-format delivery that could be applied to future content programs.
The program demonstrated that a small marketing team could produce enterprise-quality reference content by identifying the right external production partner, defining a clear brief, and managing delivery end to end without an internal production function.
